The software
The Prynt open-source software is provided under the MIT License — use, modify and self-host it freely. These Terms govern the Prynt-operated cloud (the hosted service at app.pryntid.com / api.pryntid.com).
Acceptable use
You may use Prynt to identify devices and detect fraud/bots on properties you own or operate, in compliance with applicable law and with appropriate notice to your users. You may not use it to unlawfully surveil individuals, or to process data you have no lawful basis to process.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction, for your own privacy notices, and for keeping your API keys secret. You control what signals your integration sends.
Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Non-payment downgrades the account to the free tier. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Availability & warranty
The service is provided "as is." Enterprise plans may include a separate service-level agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prynt disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
